Feasibility includes:
- Site measurements and property constraints
- Setbacks and placement options
- Existing utilities and where connections can run
- Slope, drainage, and access
- Neighborhood considerations (privacy, noise, HOA rules if applicable)
If your property is near the coast, there may be additional review considerations. Your contractor should flag this early so you can plan accordingly.
